We care maybe a little too much about the quality of our designs, ensuring that your products are all Urban Bliss exclusive designs. We have a love affair with each and every one of the designs you see on our site because they came from our crazy heads and our full hearts.
We care just as much about the paper we print your lovely names and gorgeous family photos onto, constantly researching all options and making sure we are using environmentally-friendly, luxurious papers that, although sometimes more costly in the beginning, will make your photos, your name, shine and last a lifetime in ways that have less impact on our earth.
We are about quality over quantity, and when we spend more time with each individual customer instead of quickly slamming through order after order -- well, that time and service costs a little more than what you get at our big (online) box competitors.

We believe in only putting out our best designs, in limited numbers, to attract the right customers that we know we will love working with over and over and over again: that's you. We have worked with some of the same customers since we first launched in 2005 - creating their wedding invitations, then their moving announcements, then their baby announcements, and holiday cards. This type of relationship-building is an incredible honor that we take seriously, and we believe we can better hone our audience by carefully selecting our product offerings.

WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO YOU USE?
100% Recycled
Our Recycled Paper is manufactured from 100% post consumer waste with a bright white matte finish. It has conservation qualities that make it ideal for our high-end Urban Bliss paper products.
* Weight is 130#/352 GSM.
* FSC certified, biodegradable, recyclable, and acid free.
Smooth Cover
Smooth paper is coated and offers an excellent white allowing for vibrant color rendition.
* Weight is 120# Cover/325 gsm.
* Contains 10% total recovered fiber recycled content and is FSC certified.
Pearl Cover
Pearl Paper offers a subtle shimmer to any design. We love it! It is GORGEOUS and we use it for our own holiday cards each year. This rich, luminous effect is achieved by combining natural minerals with organic pigments. It is not recommended for printing delicate type and fine details; the luminous effect and paper surface make reading small text difficult.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
Unfortunately, at this moment we only ship to the continuous 48 states. Throughout the years, we have been known to give into moments of deep sympathy and have shipped to Hawaii, New Zealand, England, and other places across the seas, but trust us when we say your shipping costs will likely cost anywhere from two to five times as much as the product you are purchasing. If you really love us and our work THAT much, you can send us a plea for emergency shipping-rule-breaking.
